Selling on the Platform – Rules and Requirements #
As a registered seller on the Platform, you agree to list and offer products for sale only in compliance with these Terms of Use and the policies incorporated herein by reference.
You represent and warrant, on a continuing basis, that you are lawfully entitled to sell the products listed by you and that you hold all licences, registrations, permits, and approvals required for such sale. You shall ensure that all listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, proprietary rights, rights of publicity, or privacy rights of any third party. Listings may include only text descriptions, graphics, images, or videos that accurately describe the item for sale, and each item must be placed in an appropriate category on the Platform.
All listed items must be maintained in stock to enable successful fulfilment of salesThe condition, quality, and specifications of the product delivered shall correspond exactly with the information provided in the listing. In the event of any discrepancy between the listing and the product delivered, you agree that the Buyer shall be entitled to appropriate relief in accordance with the Platform’s return and refund policy, and you shall remain solely responsible for such discrepancy.
You shall not create duplicate listings for the same product or list the same product across multiple categories in a manner that may mislead users. LX India reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, merge, modify, or consolidate duplicate or inaccurate listings, and to restrict or prohibit the sale of products originating from certain countries or regions, without incurring any liability.
Where multiple Sellers offer identical or substantially similar products, LX India may, at its discretion, consolidate product information and display the most accurate and relevant product details to customers in order to enhance the customer experience and maintain the integrity of the Platform.
