Selling on the Platform – Rules and Requirements #
As a registered Seller on the LX INDIA Platform, you agree that all products and services listed, offered, marketed, and sold through the Platform shall comply with this Agreement, applicable Seller Policies, and all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
The Seller represents and warrants that it has the legal right, authority, licences, approvals, and permissions necessary to list and sell the products offered through the Platform.
The Seller shall ensure that all products listed on the Platform are genuine, lawful, safe, and compliant with applicable standards and requirements. The Seller shall not list, advertise, offer, or sell any product that infringes intellectual property rights, violates third-party rights, contains false information, or is prohibited, restricted, counterfeit, unauthorised, unsafe, expired, recalled, or otherwise unlawful.
The Seller shall ensure that all product listings contain accurate and complete information, including product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, warranty details, applicable certifications, and other disclosures required under applicable laws or Platform policies.
The Seller acknowledges that the responsibility for the accuracy and legality of product listings remains solely with the Seller.
LX INDIA may, at its discretion, review, remove, restrict, modify, or disable any product listing where it reasonably believes that such listing may violate applicable law, Platform policies, Buyer safety requirements, intellectual property rights, or the integrity of the Platform.
Such review, modification, or removal shall not be considered as an endorsement, verification, certification, or assumption of responsibility by LX INDIA regarding the product or Seller.
Product Availability and Order Fulfillment #
The Seller shall ensure that products listed on the Platform are available for fulfillment and that inventory information provided through the Platform is accurate and updated.
The Seller shall ensure that the product delivered to the Buyer corresponds with the product information provided in the listing, including specifications, quantity, quality, description, and applicable features.
In case of any discrepancy between the product listing and the product delivered, the Seller shall remain responsible for resolving the issue in accordance with LX INDIA’s applicable Return, Replacement, Refund, and Customer Resolution Policies.
The Seller shall not create duplicate, misleading, or inaccurate listings for the same product or place products under inappropriate categories with the intention of misleading Buyers.
LX INDIA may merge, remove, restrict, or modify duplicate or inaccurate listings to maintain the quality and reliability of the Platform.
