Replacement and Refund Process #
Where the returned product satisfies the verification criteria set out above:
(a) the Seller shall, in the first instance, offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability; and
(b) where replacement of the same product is not available, a refund shall be processed in accordance with the Platform’s refund timelines and applicable policies.
Where the returned product does not satisfy the verification criteria, the Seller may reject the return request, provided such rejection is supported by reasonable and documented grounds.
LX INDIA reserves the right to initiate refunds to customers and debit the Seller accordingly where it determines that a valid return request has been rejected by the Seller in an unjust, arbitrary, or unfair manner.
Replacement Limitation and Refund: Where a replacement is approved, only one (1) replacement shall be provided for the relevant order/product. In the event that the customer remains dissatisfied even after the replacement, or the replacement product is found to suffer from the same issue, the customer shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with this Policy and the Platform’s applicable procedures.
