The Seller acknowledges and agrees that LX INDIA operates solely as an online marketplace platform facilitating interactions and transactions between Buyers and Sellers. LX INDIA does not act as a manufacturer, seller, distributor, importer, owner, warehouse operator, or agent of any products listed by Sellers on the Platform.
The Seller remains an independent third party and nothing contained in these Terms of Use shall be construed as creating any partnership, agency, employment relationship, joint venture, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between the Seller and LX INDIA.
The Seller shall be solely responsible for:
- the accuracy and completeness of product listings;
- legality, quality, safety, and authenticity of products;
- compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements;
- product warranties, guarantees, and after sales obligations;
- fulfillment, packaging, dispatch, and delivery obligations;
- customer complaints relating to Seller products.
LX INDIA does not inspect, manufacture, test, certify, approve, endorse, or guarantee products listed by Sellers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any verification, documentation review, listing review, or compliance check performed by LX INDIA shall not be interpreted as an assurance, certification, endorsement, or assumption of responsibility for the Seller’s products, services, or business activities.
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for any act, omission, misconduct, fraud, negligence, breach, or non compliance by Buyers, Sellers, manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, payment partners, or other third parties.
The Seller acknowledges that:
- marketplace transactions involve independent parties;
- LX INDIA does not guarantee any minimum sales volume, revenue, business opportunity, or profitability;
- the Platform may experience interruptions, maintenance requirements, technical issues, or changes due to operational, legal, or business reasons.
The Platform and related services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, subject to applicable laws.
LX INDIA shall not be considered the owner, seller, custodian, or possessor of any products listed by Sellers. Ownership, responsibility, and risk relating to Seller products shall remain with the Seller until legally transferred to the Buyer in accordance with applicable law.
