Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene considerations, customisation, perishability, or other applicable restrictions. Unless specifically provided otherwise on the product listing or applicable Platform policy, products including personalised or customised products, perishable goods, consumable products, hygiene sensitive products such as;
- inner wear,
- socks,
- gym supporters,
- guards,
- swimsuits and similar products,
- wind instruments,
- personal care products,
- beauty and oral care products,
- and other products specifically marked as non-returnable may generally be excluded from return eligibility.
However, where such products are received damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, expired (where applicable), or materially different from the product description provided by the Seller, LX INDIA may consider a replacement or refund request after verification.
The Seller shall ensure that any non returnable status claimed for a product is accurately disclosed in accordance with LX INDIA listing requirements and applicable laws.
