Once the return or replacement window for an order ends and there are no pending returns, disputes, chargebacks, regulatory restrictions or risk alerts on that transaction, the corresponding pending balance becomes an available balance. This means the amount is now eligible to be paid to you. LX INDIA processes settlements on a regular cycle, and your available balance is transferred to the bank account that you have registered and verified with us. You will always be able to see the full breakdown of your earnings, deductions and settlements in your dashboard so that there is complete clarity over how each payout has been calculated.
