Force Majeure #
LX INDIA shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
Force Majeure Events may include, without limitation:
- natural disasters;
- floods, earthquakes, fires, or other calamities;
- epidemic or pandemic situations;
- war, terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental actions;
- regulatory restrictions or legal orders;
- labour disputes or strikes;
- failures of telecommunications, internet infrastructure, utilities, banking systems, payment networks, or third-party service providers;
- cyber incidents or technological failures beyond reasonable control.
During the continuation of a Force Majeure Event, LX INDIA’s affected obligations shall remain suspended to the extent impacted by such event.
LX INDIA shall use reasonable efforts to restore affected services as soon as practicable.
