Customisation confirmation #
Before commencing production, sellers shall ensure that buyer specifications, including designs, measurements, text, images, logos or other customisation requirements, are properly recorded and confirmed where necessary. Lx india may provide features allowing buyers to upload designs, photographs, artwork or other reference materials solely for completing the relevant order.
Where a seller provides a digital proof, preview or design confirmation, the buyer shall be responsible for reviewing and approving the details provided, including spelling, measurements, colours and design elements. Once production has commenced based on confirmed specifications, cancellation or modification requests may not be accepted except where required under applicable law or permitted by the seller.
