ENROLLMENT OBLIGATIONS #
By registering on the LX INDIA Platform, the Seller agrees to provide accurate, complete, and updated information and documentation required by LX INDIA for Seller on boarding, identity verification, business verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, and operation of marketplace services.
The Seller shall provide, whenever requested by LX INDIA, information including but not limited to legal identity details, business details, registered and operational addresses, contact information, authorized representative details, tax registrations, licences, bank account details, product information, manufacturer or supplier details, country of origin information, and warranty details relating to products offered on the Platform.
The Seller represents and warrants that all information and documents submitted to LX INDIA shall be genuine, valid, accurate, and legally compliant. The Seller shall promptly update LX INDIA regarding any change affecting such information, including changes in ownership, address, licences, registrations, banking details, or product compliance status.
The Seller shall obtain and maintain all licences, approvals, registrations, permits, certifications, and authorizations required under applicable laws for the lawful listing, sale, distribution, import, export, or supply of products through the Platform.
LX INDIA may request supporting documents or conduct verification processes at any time to ensure compliance with legal requirements, Platform policies, and customer safety requirements. Such verification shall not be construed as an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or assumption of responsibility by LX INDIA regarding the Seller or its products.
