ENROLLMENT OBLIGATIONS #
In the course of accessing or using the Platform and in connection with your registration and continued enrollment as a Seller, you hereby irrevocably agree, undertake, covenant, represent, and warrant to furnish to the Platform, from time to time, such true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date details, documents, and information as may be required or requested by the Platform for the purposes of registration, verification, compliance, due diligence, or operation of the Platform.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such information shall include, without limitation:
(a) Seller Identity and Contact Details, including the Seller’s complete legal name and/or trade name, complete address, registered address (being the principal geographic address of its headquarters and all branch offices), pickup address, pincode, complete contact details including their contact number and email address, and authorised signatory details;
(b) Statutory, Licensing, and Regulatory Information, including licence number(s), Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration certificate, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) registration certificate (where applicable), Permanent Account Number (PAN), and business PAN;
(c) Banking and Financial Information, including bank account details, account holder name, cancelled cheque, specimen signature, and such other financial or payment-related information as may be required by the Platform;
(d) Commercial and Contractual Information, including contractual information and service-level agreements (SLA), and the total price of any goods or services offered for sale, displayed in a single consolidated figure, together with a clear breakup of charges, where applicable;
(e) Product and Supply-Chain Information, including relevant details of goods offered for sale, and the name and complete address of the manufacturer and/or packer;
(f) Imported Goods Information, where applicable, including the name and details of the importer and the correct country of origin, stated with the country’s full name; and
(g) Warranty and Guarantee Information, including details of all guarantees or warranties applicable to the goods or services offered for sale on the Platform.
You hereby represent, warrant, and undertake that you possess and shall, at all times during your access to and use of the Platform, maintain in full force and effect all licences, permits, approvals, and authorisations necessary for the lawful listing, sale, distribution, and delivery of goods or services through the Platform, as may be required under all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and governmental orders. You further agree to furnish copies, records, or other satisfactory evidence of such licences, permits, approvals, or authorisations upon request by the Platform for verification, audit, or compliance purposes.
In the event that any information or documentation provided by you is found to be false, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or not in conformity with these Terms of Use (“ToU”), or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect such non-compliance, the Platform shall be entitled, at its absolute discretion and may with or without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Seller account, cancel or restrict listings or transactions, and/or permanently bar your access to the Platform, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Platform under law or contract
You hereby expressly consent to and authorise the Platform to display, publish, reproduce, and populate on the product listings created by you such Seller information as furnished at the time of registration on the Seller Portal, including, without limitation, your registered business name, Seller address, and any other relevant information as may be required under applicable law or Platform policy.
