Sellers offering customised or made-to-order products on LX INDIA shall ensure that the specifications provided by the buyer for customisation are clearly recorded before the order is processed.
The LX INDIA platform may allow buyers to upload digital reference images, designs or other materials to indicate their customisation requirements. Sellers may rely on such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling the buyer’s order.
Sellers may also upload representative images in their product listings to demonstrate the types of customisation they are able to provide. Such images are intended to illustrate the seller’s customisation capabilities and shall not be misleading or materially inaccurate.
Where necessary, sellers may seek confirmation of design details, measurements, text or other customisation inputs from the buyer prior to commencing production.
Once production has commenced based on the confirmed specifications, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Sellers shall ensure that the final product corresponds with the confirmed customisation details.
