Eligible Returns #
The Seller shall honour return requests raised by a customer where the product delivered falls within any of the following categories:
(a) the product is physically damaged at the time of delivery;
(b) the product has missing parts or accessories;
(c) the product is defective or non-functional; or
(d) the product delivered is materially different from the description provided on the product detail page on the Platform.
A return request must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, unless a different return window is expressly specified in the product listing.
To be eligible for return, the product must be returned in its original condition, including the manufacturer’s or brand’s packaging, MRP tag (where applicable), user manual, warranty card, and all accessories originally supplied. Failure to meet this requirement may result in rejection of the return request.
Where a return is requested solely due to a change of mind by the customer, and such return is not attributable to any of the reasons listed in clauses (a) to (d) above, the Seller may verify the returned product and shall be entitled to reject the return request if the product is not returned in its original condition, including the manufacturer’s or brand’s packaging, MRP tag (where applicable), user manual, warranty card, and all accessories originally supplied.
