Order Cancellation (Out-of-Stock / Listing Mismatch) #

Where an order cannot be fulfilled because (i) the product is not available or is out of stock, or (ii) the Seller is unable to supply the product exactly as described on the product detail page (including correct brand, model, variant, size, colour, specifications, condition, or authenticity), the Seller shall promptly update the status through the Platform and cancel the order within the timelines prescribed by LX INDIA.

In such cases, the full amount paid by the customer shall be refunded in accordance with the Platform’s refund timelines. LX INDIA may take appropriate action against the Seller for repeated cancellations of this nature, including debiting applicable charges, imposing penalties, restricting listings, withholding settlements, or suspending Seller access, in accordance with Platform policies.

Gateway Charges: Where a customer refund is processed due to cancellation under this clause, LX INDIA may recover the payment gateway charges incurred for processing such refund (currently up to 2.5% of the refunded amount) from the Seller, including by way of debit, set-off, adjustment from future settlements, or by reflecting the same as a negative balance in the Seller wallet, in accordance with Platform policies.
