Lost-in-Transit / Delivery Failure #
Where an order is lost, misplaced, or not delivered due to reasons attributable to the logistics partner or transit handling, LX INDIA may, based on its internal verification, process a replacement or refund to the customer.
Since payment processing charges are incurred at the time of collection and are generally non-refundable, LX INDIA may recover the applicable payment gateway / processing charge (currently up to 2.5% of the order value) from you. Such recovery may be made by debit, set-off, adjustment against your seller wallet, or deduction from your future payouts, in accordance with Platform policies.
