Official communication channels #
LX INDIA may communicate with Sellers through electronic records, including emails, notifications, alerts, messages through the Seller Portal, or other digital communication methods used by LX INDIA from time to time.
The Seller acknowledges and agrees that electronic communications issued by LX INDIA shall constitute valid communication for the purposes of this Agreement and applicable Platform operations.
LX INDIA shall communicate through its authorized domains, platforms, and communication channels. Sellers are required to verify the authenticity of communications, payment requests, links, documents, and instructions received in connection with the Platform. The Seller shall not rely on communications received from unauthorized sources, including unknown email addresses, unofficial domains, or third-party channels claiming to represent LX INDIA.
[LX INDIA shall not be responsible for any loss, fraud, damage, or liability suffered by a Seller arising from reliance on unauthorized communications where such communication did not originate from LX INDIA’s authorized channels or systems.
LX INDIA may update its authorized communication channels from time to time, and the latest information published through the Platform or official website shall apply.
