Account Registration, Security and Responsibility #
You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, security and integrity of your Seller Account, including your display name, login credentials, passwords, authentication codes and any other security-related information. All activities carried out through your Seller Account shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not undertaken by you personally.
You agree to (i) implement and maintain appropriate security controls to prevent unauthorised access to your Seller Account, and (ii) promptly notify LX INDIA by email at the notified support/contact address upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access, disclosure, misuse or security breach relating to your Seller Account. LX INDIA may suspend, restrict or disable access to your Seller Account where any suspicious, unauthorised or fraudulent activity is detected or reasonably suspected, or where such action is otherwise required to protect the Platform, its users or the public interest.
You acknowledge that LX INDIA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability or claim arising from any unauthorised use of your Seller Account.
