Charges #
Registration on the LX INDIA Platform is free of charge, and no fees are levied for browsing or registering as a Seller. However, prior to listing any product or service for sale, Sellers are advised to review the Commission Policy, which forms an integral part of this Terms of Use (“ToU”) by reference.
LX India reserves the right to revise, modify, or introduce fees or charges for any existing or new services offered on the Platform from time to time. Any such changes shall be duly posted on the Platform or reflected in the relevant policy and shall take effect from the date specified therein. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised fees or charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all amounts payable to LX INDIA shall be denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). As a seller you shall be solely responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, or statutory charges applicable to amounts payable by you in connection with the use of the Platform or transactions conducted thereon.
You hereby expressly authorise LX INDIA to collect, on your behalf, any fees or charges applicable to consumers in connection with transactions conducted through the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that such fees may be retained by LX INDIA in instances where the corresponding services or facilitation have been rendered by LX INDIA on your behalf.
