Warranty Terms and Obligations #
As a Seller on LX INDIA, you are required to provide clear and accurate warranty information for all products listed on the platform. Any warranty offered by you or the product manufacturer shall commence only from the date on which the product is successfully delivered to the Buyer, as evidenced by the delivery records. The warranty must not commence from the order date, invoice date, shipment date, or dispatch date.
You must ensure that the following details are clearly disclosed in each product listing:
- the warranty period and validity
- the scope of coverage and exclusions
- the process and contact details for submitting a warranty claim
You are solely responsible for administering and fulfilling all warranty obligations related to your products. LX INDIA operates only as an online marketplace and does not provide any product warranties unless expressly stated otherwise.
Failure to honor valid warranty claims or to comply with this policy may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of your Seller account. All warranty practices must comply with applicable consumer protection laws in India.
