By listing and selling products on the LX INDIA Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you act solely as an independent seller, and not as an agent, employee, partner, representative, or associate of LX INDIA. Nothing contained in these Terms of Use shall be construed as creating any partnership, agency, employment, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and LX INDIA.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, and compliance of the products you list and sell on the Platform, including compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
LX INDIA acts only as a neutral intermediary to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers and does not control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the conduct of buyers. LX INDIA expressly disclaims all liability for any actions, omissions, misconduct, or breaches by buyers, including but not limited to payment fraud, chargebacks, misuse of products, or failure to complete transactions.
You remain solely responsible for all customer service obligations in relation to your products and transactions, including handling returns, refunds, replacements, warranties, and after-sales support. LX INDIA does not undertake to mediate or resolve disputes between you and buyers; however, LX INDIA may, in accordance with Platform policies, withhold payments, adjust settlements, or impose penalties based on dispute outcomes or compliance failures.
You are responsible for the accurate, timely, and lawful dispatch and delivery of all orders. Any claims relating to shipment, delay, loss, damage, non-delivery, or delivery disputes shall be resolved by you directly with the applicable logistics or delivery partner, and notified to LX INDIA in accordance with Platform policies. LX INDIA bears no liability for the performance, acts, or omissions of any third-party logistics or delivery service providers.
LX INDIA makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the volume of sales, business suitability, profitability, or the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. The Platform and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
At no point shall LX INDIA be deemed to hold title to, ownership of, or possession of any products listed or sold by you through the Platform. You retain all legal and beneficial title to your products until such products are delivered to and accepted by the buyer.
