Entire Agreement #
These Terms of Use, together with all policies, guidelines, and operating rules referenced herein or made available on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and LX INDIA in relation to your access to and use of the Platform and Services, and supersede all previous or existing agreements, understandings, communications, or representations, whether oral or written, including any earlier versions of these Terms.
Any failure or delay by LX INDIA in exercising or enforcing any right or provision under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.
