Force Majeure #
LX INDIA shall not be liable for any delay in performance, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these Terms to the extent such delay or failure is caused by events or circumstances beyond LX INDIA’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”), including but not limited to acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamities, epidemic or pandemic, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, governmental actions or orders, embargoes, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, interruptions or failure of utilities or telecommunications, cyber incidents, or any other event of a similar nature.
During the continuance of a Force Majeure Event, LX INDIA’s affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such Event, and LX INDIA shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
