Role of Lx India and limitation of responsibility #
LX INDIA operates and manages an online marketplace that enables sellers to offer products to buyers. LX INDIA may undertake activities including seller onboarding, verification, listing review, content moderation, modification or standardisation of listing information, payment facilitation through authorised mechanisms, customer support, dispute facilitation and enforcement of marketplace policies.
Such activities are undertaken for operating the marketplace and shall not be construed as LX INDIA participating in the manufacture, design, customisation or production of customised products.
The seller acknowledges that responsibility for customised products remains with the seller. LX INDIA does not independently verify every manufacturing process, customisation detail, buyer specification, material used, production method or intellectual property right associated with customised products.
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for manufacturing defects, seller production delays, incorrect buyer specifications, intellectual property disputes, minor variations arising from customised production processes or disputes arising from seller acts or omissions. LX INDIA may review complaints, facilitate communication between buyers and sellers, request relevant records and take appropriate action under applicable marketplace policies.
