Seller responsibilities #
Sellers offering customised or made-to-order products shall ensure that their product listings are accurate, complete and not misleading. Sellers shall clearly disclose available customisation options, information required from buyers, limitations of customisation, estimated production timelines and expected dispatch timelines.
The seller shall remain solely responsible for the manufacture, quality, workmanship, safety, legality and accuracy of customised products supplied through lx india. The seller shall ensure that products are prepared according to confirmed buyer specifications and comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Sellers shall maintain records of buyer instructions, approvals and communications relating to customised orders and shall provide such records to lx india where reasonably required for dispute resolution or compliance purposes.
