Where required under applicable laws, including applicable e-commerce regulations, LX INDIA may display certain Seller information on the Platform, including business name, address details, customer support information, Seller ratings, and other information required for transparency and consumer decision making.
The Seller shall ensure that all information provided for display on the Platform is accurate, lawful, and updated from time to time. The Seller shall remain responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Seller.
