This Policy applies to all sellers and all products listed on LX INDIA, regardless of the product category, seller type, or business model.
It applies to categories including, but not limited to, fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty and personal care, home decor, household products, grocery, food, electronics, handicrafts, handmade products, agricultural commodities, and other products offered through the platform.
Each seller is responsible for making sure that the brand information provided for a product is accurate, complete, and consistent with the actual product, packaging, labelling, ownership, and authorization status.
