Purpose #
The LX INDIA Generic and Brand Product Policy (“Policy”) sets out how sellers should verify, and list products based on their brand status on the LX INDIA platform.
The purpose of this Policy is to make sure that customers receive clear and accurate information about the products and brands they purchase, genuine branded products are protected, and sellers follow a consistent process when listing their products.
All sellers are expected to follow this Policy during onboarding, brand registration, product listing, and throughout the period in which their products are offered for sale on LX INDIA.
