Platform Rights #
If the Seller fails to comply with this Shipping and Order Fulfilment Policy or provides false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading shipment information, LX INDIA may:
(a) suspend or remove product listings;
(b) cancel affected orders;
(c) withhold or adjust settlements;
(d) require corrective action or additional verification;
(e) restrict or suspend Seller account privileges;
(f) recover losses, logistics charges, customer compensation, or other costs incurred due to Seller non compliance;
(g) suspend or terminate the Seller Account.
