Limitation of Platform Responsibility #
The Seller shall remain solely responsible for proper packaging, labelling, dispatch, shipment, and fulfilment of Products, including shipment delays, packaging defects, incorrect dispatch, product damage, shortage, mislabelling, or fulfilment failures arising from the Seller’s acts, omissions, or non compliance.
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for any loss, claim, damage, delay, or liability arising from the Seller’s acts or omissions, except where such loss or damage is directly caused by LX INDIA’s negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of its obligations under this Policy or applicable law.
