Enforcement and Consequences #
Where LX INDIA determines that a seller has violated this Policy, it may take appropriate action depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation.
Such action may include removing or de-listing products, rejecting or suspending brand approval, withdrawing brand related benefits, restricting seller privileges, temporarily suspending the seller account, or permanently terminating the seller account in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Where necessary, LX INDIA may take immediate action to protect customers, brand owners, intellectual property rights, the integrity of the platform, or to comply with applicable law.
Enforcement under this Policy does not limit LX INDIA’s right to take any additional action available under its other policies, contractual terms, or applicable law.
