Shipping Documentation and Record Retention #
The Seller shall retain copies of all dispatch records, shipping labels, invoices, airway bills, proof of shipment, courier receipts, delivery related documents, and other supporting records for a minimum period of one (1) year from the date of dispatch or such longer period as may be required under applicable law.
Upon request by LX INDIA, the Seller shall produce such records within the time specified by LX INDIA for audit, verification, customer dispute resolution, legal proceedings, regulatory compliance, fraud investigation, or internal review.
LX INDIA shall have the right to examine, verify, copy, or audit such records to the extent reasonably necessary for the above purposes.
