Seller Liability #
The Seller shall remain solely responsible for all consequences arising from:
(a) delayed dispatch attributable to the Seller;
(b) failure to dispatch confirmed orders;
(c) incorrect packaging;
(d) insufficient protective packaging;
(e) shipment of incorrect products or quantities;
(f) shipment of defective, damaged, expired, or non compliant products;
(g) inaccurate dispatch information;
(h) failure to comply with packaging guidelines;
(i) failure to preserve shipping records;
(j) improper handling of fragile or special category products; or
(k) any act or omission by the Seller causing shipment failure or customer claims.
Where any return, refund, replacement, cancellation, logistics charge, compensation, penalty, customer claim, regulatory action, or other loss arises due to the Seller’s acts or omissions, the Seller shall bear sole responsibility for such consequences.
