Brand Classification #
Every product listed on LX INDIA must be classified according to its actual brand status. For the purpose of this Policy, products are broadly classified as Unbranded or Generic Products, Seller’s Own Brand, Third Party Branded Products, or Brand with Trademark (TM).
Sellers should select the classification that genuinely applies to their product. Brand information must not be changed or presented differently to obtain a listing advantage, avoid verification requirements, or create a misleading impression about the identity or ownership of a product.
