Non-Compliance #
Without prejudice to LX India’s right to revise a Listed Price or edit listing content under this Policy, repeated, material or uncorrected non-compliance with this Policy by a seller may result in proportionate action, including a written warning to the seller, a requirement to correct the affected listing, temporary suspension of the affected listing, restriction of the seller’s listing or selling privileges, or suspension or termination of the seller’s account on the Platform in accordance with the Seller Agreement.
A seller who reasonably disagrees with a Market Rate determination, Listed Price revision or other material action taken under this Policy may raise a dispute or request a review through the process notified by LX India. The seller may be required to provide reasonable supporting information or documentation, including evidence of comparable products or prevailing market prices, where relevant. LX India shall review the information submitted together with the relevant market information and applicable pricing methodology and may confirm, modify or withdraw the relevant determination or action based on the outcome of such review.
LX India shall provide the seller with notice of the relevant non-compliance and a reasonable opportunity to remedy such non-compliance before suspending the affected listing or the seller’s account, except in cases involving illegality, fraud, safety risks, regulatory requirements consumer-protection concerns or other circumstances requiring immediate action. The nature and duration of any remedial period may depend upon the seriousness, nature and potential impact of the non-compliance.
