Governing Law #
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions contained in the Seller Agreement, the courts at Alappuzha, Kerala, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy
