The Seller may dispute or reject a return request where the returned product does not satisfy the applicable return requirements or where the Seller has reasonable grounds to believe that the product has been damaged, altered, misused, tampered with, substituted, or returned in an incomplete condition.
Any rejection of a return request by the Seller shall be supported by reasonable evidence, including photographs, videos, inspection records, product identification details, serial number records, or other relevant documents demonstrating the basis of rejection.
The Seller shall not reject a return request arbitrarily or without sufficient justification. Where LX INDIA determines that a Seller has improperly rejected a valid return request or failed to cooperate with the return resolution process, LX INDIA shall have the right to process the customer’s refund or replacement request and recover the applicable amount from the Seller.
Repeated improper rejection of customer claims, failure to comply with return obligations, or non-cooperation with LX INDIA’s investigation process may result in corrective action, including listing restrictions, suspension, withholding of settlements, or termination of Seller access.
