This Return, Replacement and Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the obligations, procedures, and responsibilities applicable to Sellers in relation to return requests, replacement requests, refund requests, cancellations, and other customer related claims arising from products sold through the LX INDIA marketplace. The Seller shall remain solely responsible for the quality, authenticity, legality, description, packaging, dispatch, and fulfillment of products offered through the Platform.
The eligibility and processing of any return, replacement, or refund request shall be governed by the applicable LX INDIA Return Policy, product category rules, listing conditions, and procedures communicated by LX INDIA from time to time. Once a customer request is approved or processed under the applicable Platform policy, the Seller shall comply with the obligations and procedures set out under this Policy.
