The Seller shall be solely responsible for ensuring that products listed and sold through LX INDIA are genuine, lawful, accurately described, and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, licences, certifications, and Platform requirements.
The Seller shall ensure that product images, descriptions, specifications, warranty details, certifications, pricing information, and other information provided on the Platform are accurate and not misleading. The Seller shall supply products that correspond with the details provided in the product listing and shall ensure that products are properly packed and dispatched in good condition.
The Seller shall maintain appropriate records relating to product procurement, invoices, dispatch, packaging, quality checks, warranty details, and return verification and shall provide such records to LX INDIA whenever required for resolving customer complaints, disputes, or investigations. The Seller shall provide reasonable cooperation and assistance during any return, replacement, refund, dispute, fraud review, or customer complaint process initiated through LX INDIA.
Failure to comply with this Policy, repeated supply of defective or incorrect products, rejection of valid customer claims, inaccurate listings, or refusal to cooperate with LX INDIA’s resolution process may result in warnings, listing restrictions, settlement adjustments, suspension, or termination of Seller access in accordance with the Seller Agreement and applicable Platform policies.
