Order Processing and Dispatch #
Upon receipt of a confirmed order, the Seller shall promptly process and prepare the order for dispatch. Unless otherwise specified by LX INDIA or where the nature of the product reasonably requires additional preparation time, the Seller shall dispatch the order within twenty four (24) hours from the time the order is confirmed.
The Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all orders are dispatched within the timelines communicated by the Platform. Failure to dispatch within the prescribed timelines may result in order cancellation, customer compensation, suspension of listings, withholding of settlements, or such other action as may be permitted under this Agreement.
The Seller shall update the dispatch details, including shipment information and tracking details, on the Seller Portal within one (1) hour of dispatch.
