Production and dispatch timelines #
Sellers are generally required to dispatch standard ready-to-ship products within twenty-four (24) hours from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified under applicable marketplace requirements.
However, customised and made-to-order products require additional production, manufacturing, printing, engraving, tailoring, assembly or other processing before dispatch. Therefore, the standard twenty-four (24) hour dispatch timeline shall not apply to such products.
Sellers shall provide a reasonable estimated production and dispatch timeline for customised products. The production period may vary depending upon the complexity of customisation, buyer approvals, availability of materials, manufacturing requirements or other reasonable circumstances. Reasonable production time required for completing customised products shall not be considered delayed dispatch, provided the seller acts diligently and within the timeline communicated to the buyer.
