Compliance and enforcement #
Sellers shall comply with this Policy and all applicable marketplace requirements while offering customised and made-to-order products on LX INDIA. LX INDIA may remove listings, restrict customised product sales, suspend seller privileges, require corrective action or take other appropriate measures where a seller fails to comply with this Policy or where necessary to protect buyers and the marketplace.
LX INDIA may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in marketplace operations, legal requirements or business practices. Sellers shall remain responsible for reviewing and complying with the latest version of this Policy.
