Pricing and Deduction of Commission #
The Listed Price is inclusive of the Platform’s commission and other applicable charges, including GST on the commission, TCS and payment gateway charges, as applicable.
Such commission and charges shall be deducted from the Listed Price and shall not be charged separately to the seller or added on top of the Listed Price. The applicable commission, charges and taxes shall be determined in accordance with the Seller Agreement, applicable commercial terms and applicable law.
Sellers may set the Listed Price at their discretion, provided that such price is reasonable and broadly consistent with the prevailing market rate for the same or substantially comparable products, in accordance with Clause 4 of this Policy. Sellers shall remain responsible for ensuring that the Listed Price and all information provided in connection with their products are accurate, complete, authentic and not misleading.
