After successful delivery of a product to the customer, the amount payable to the Seller may be maintained as a pending balance during the applicable return, replacement, refund, dispute, or chargeback period.
Such amounts shall not be forfeited and shall be released to the Seller after completion of the applicable period, subject to there being no pending claims, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, adjustments, or recoveries. Where a return, replacement, refund, dispute, or customer claim arises, LX INDIA shall be entitled to temporarily hold, adjust, or recover applicable amounts from the Seller settlement account until the matter is resolved.
Where a replacement is provided, the Seller payout may remain subject to adjustment until completion of the applicable replacement process. Where a refund becomes applicable, LX INDIA shall adjust the refunded amount against the Seller’s settlement account.
The Seller may access transaction details, deductions, refunds, adjustments, and settlement information through the LX INDIA Seller Dashboard or other communication channels provided by LX INDIA.
