By continuing to list, offer or sell products on the Platform, sellers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Policy and agree to comply with this Policy, the Seller Agreement and other applicable Platform policies.
This Policy shall be read together with the Seller Agreement and other applicable Platform policies. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Seller Agreement, the provisions of the Seller Agreement shall prevail to the extent specified therein, subject always to applicable law.
