Approved Shipping Channels #
All orders shall be dispatched only through logistics partners, courier services, or shipping channels approved by LX INDIA. The Seller shall not use any unauthorised shipping method where the Platform requires shipment through approved logistics partners unless prior written approval has been obtained from LX INDIA.
The Seller shall remain responsible for the shipment until it is handed over to the approved logistics service provider with complete and accurate shipping documentation. After such handover, transit related loss, delay, or damage shall be governed by the logistics service provider’s terms, provided that the Seller shall remain liable for any issue arising from improper packaging, incorrect shipment, or Seller related non compliance.
