Buyer-provided materials and intellectual property #
Buyers may provide images, artwork, logos, text, designs, measurements or other materials for product customisation. Sellers shall use such materials only for fulfilling the relevant order and shall not reproduce, publish, distribute or use such materials for any unrelated purpose without appropriate permission. The seller shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the manufacture, listing and sale of customised products do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
LX INDIA does not verify ownership, licensing rights or permissions relating to buyer provided or seller provided content used for customised products. Any intellectual property dispute arising from such materials shall remain the responsibility of the concerned parties.
The seller shall indemnify LX INDIA against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from any alleged or actual intellectual property infringement relating to customised products.
