Purpose of this Policy #
This Policy is a standard trade policy of the Platform, framed to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. It sets out the manner in which commissions and other applicable Platform charges are calculated and deducted from the amounts specified by sellers for their products on the Platform (the “Listed Price”). It also sets out the rights reserved by LX India to edit, add to, standardise, or otherwise modify seller-provided details and listing information. The objective of this Policy is to ensure regulatory compliance and provide a transparent, consistent and fair experience for both sellers and buyers in relation to product pricing and listing information.
