Where LX INDIA identifies or reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or misleading return activity, including repeated misuse of return facilities, product substitution, false claims, manipulation of return processes, or any other activity affecting the integrity of the Platform, LX INDIA may conduct an investigation and take appropriate action.
The Seller shall cooperate with LX INDIA during such investigations and provide relevant information, records, photographs, videos, invoices, or other supporting documents required for verification.
LX INDIA shall have the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on available information and may take actions including approval or rejection of claims, adjustment of settlements, restriction of listings, suspension of Seller access, or termination of the Seller account, in accordance with the Seller Agreement and applicable Platform policies.
14. Policy Updates #
LX INDIA may modify, amend, or update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Platform operations, business requirements, industry practices, technology, or applicable laws and regulations.
Any revised version of this Policy shall become effective upon publication on the LX INDIA Platform, and the “Last Updated” date shall be updated accordingly.
The continued use of the LX INDIA Platform by Sellers after publication of any updated version shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy. Sellers shall be responsible for regularly reviewing the applicable policies and ensuring continued compliance with the updated requirements.
