Responsibility for Cancellation #
The party responsible for an order cancellation may be determined based on the circumstances giving rise to the cancellation, available transaction records, Platform data, customer information, Seller information, payment information, and other relevant evidence.
LX INDIA may determine the applicable responsibility in accordance with this Seller Policy, other applicable Platform policies, and the circumstances of the transaction.
Recovery of Applicable Charges
Where a cancellation or transaction failure is attributable to the Seller, any applicable payment gateway charges, transaction charges, processing charges, logistics charges, refund-related charges, or other permissible costs may be recovered from amounts payable to the Seller, including through adjustment, deduction, set-off, or recovery from the Seller’s wallet, subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements.
Where the cancellation is attributable to the Buyer, LX INDIA, a payment partner, or another party, the applicable charges shall be allocated or handled in accordance with the relevant transaction arrangements and Platform policies.
Adjustments and Subsequent Reconciliation #
Where the responsibility for a cancellation, charge, refund, or transaction adjustment is determined after the relevant settlement or invoice has already been processed, LX INDIA may make the corresponding adjustment in a subsequent settlement, invoice, wallet entry, or other applicable account statement.
