Any breach of legal obligations, Platform policies, or requirements under this Agreement may result in appropriate action by LX INDIA, depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation.
Such action may include:
- removal or restriction of listings;
- suspension of Seller activities;
- withholding or adjustment of settlements where required;
- restriction of Platform access;
- termination of Seller Account;
- reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required.
LX INDIA’s rights under this section shall be in addition to any other contractual or legal rights available under this Agreement or applicable law.
