LX INDIA may conduct verification, review, monitoring, or compliance checks relating to Seller accounts, listings, transactions, documentation, and activities conducted through the Platform.
Such verification may include requesting additional documents, conducting risk assessments, reviewing Seller performance, or seeking clarification regarding products or transactions.
The Seller acknowledges that verification activities are undertaken solely for Platform administration, safety, compliance, and risk management purposes and shall not constitute an assurance, certification, warranty, or acceptance of responsibility by LX INDIA.
