Buyer information, including name, address, contact number, and any other personal information, shall be shared with the Seller solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling the order through the designated logistics or delivery partner. Such information shall be used only to prepare shipments, generate shipping labels, and complete order fulfillment through the LX INDIA Platform.
The Seller shall not directly contact any Buyer by telephone, email, messaging applications, social media, or any other mode of communication for any purpose, including order confirmation, delivery coordination, product enquiries, warranty support, replacement assistance, after-sales service, marketing, promotional activities, or any other transaction related or non transaction related matter. All Buyer communications shall be handled only through the LX INDIA Platform or, where necessary, by the designated logistics or delivery partner for delivery related purposes.
The Seller shall not use, copy, retain, disclose, or exploit Buyer information for any purpose other than order fulfillment through the LX INDIA Platform, including creating independent customer databases, sending promotional communications, or contacting Buyers for future commercial activities.
The Seller shall not request, encourage, or induce any Buyer to cancel an order placed through the LX INDIA Platform, make payments outside the Platform, or complete transactions through any external platform or communication channel to avoid LX INDIA’s services, fees, or processes.
Any unauthorised use of Buyer information or direct communication with a Buyer by the Seller shall constitute a material breach of these Terms of Use and may result in suspension or termination of the Seller Account, withholding of settlements, and any other action or remedy available to LX INDIA under applicable law.
