Brand Approval and Platform Discretion #
Brand registration or approval by LX INDIA does not create or transfer legal ownership of the brand or trademark and does not replace any registration, licence, approval, or other requirement that may apply under Indian law.
LX INDIA reserves the right to reject, suspend, revoke, or modify a brand approval or product listing where it reasonably determines that the brand or product does not meet the platform’s requirements.
LX INDIA may also request additional information or conduct re-verification at any stage where there is a material change in the brand, product, ownership, authorization, or trademark status.
